The available laboratory equipment was shown on 12/12/2023 at the Open Day at the Institute of Electronics as colloid fabrication experiments were demonstrated to students and visitors.

The team coordinator of the project was awarded by FNI with an award – Certificate for a successfully implemented project, financed by the “Scientific Research” Fund, reported in 2022.

Аnnouncement about the purchased modern equipment, the main goals and activities of the project were distributed through the Facebook page of the Basic Organization, the BAS website, as well as by some agencies: bta.bg/bg/news/bulgaria/national-news; utroruse.com; mediabricks.bg, iskra.bg, technews.bg.

The results of the project are part of the most important scientific achievement of the Institute of Electronics for 2021. The information is published on the website of the Institute and in a number of electronic media (glasove.com, focus-fen.net, obekti.bg, bulbox.net, technews.bg, monitor.bg, economy.bg, iskra.bg, bta.bg and kaldata.com), as well as in the newspaper “Alphabets”, in the section “Knowledge and Culture”.

The work on the project is in the successful collaborations of INFRAMAT – Distributed Infrastructure of Centers for Synthesis and Characterization of New Materials and their applications (https://inframat.bg/en/uspeshni-satrudnichestva/).

January 2020 – According to an initiative of the Student Institute of BAS, the program “Education with Science” under a project for the establishment of small educational and research communities, project D01-100/27.05.2019″Application of nanotechnology in electronics and medicine” led by assist. prof. Maria Gancheva from IGIC, students from 31 High School “Ivan Vazov” attended experiments on the fabrication of composite nanostructures of ZnO and TiO2 by laser ablation in open air and followed the process of further characterization of these samples.
